Through initiatives, services, events, and financial support, the Rosslyn Business Improvement District (BID) works to ensure that Rosslyn flourishes as one of the world’s most successful urban centers. The BID’s efforts benefit businesses, workers, and residents and make Rosslyn an ideal setting for innovation, technology, media, arts, dining, shopping, entertainment, and the enjoyment of dynamic public spaces. Program areas at BID

Community activities: produced community events including the Rosslyn jazz festival, outdoor concerts, holiday activities, summer film series, marine Corp marathon sponsorship, and events to support Rosslyn retailers.
Operational services: cleaning and snow removal for Rosslyn sidewalks and public areas, removal of graffiti; collection of trash and recyclables from rbic-installed trash receptacles; information services for visitors; reporting of safety hazards to the county; off-duty police program to support safety, engagement and traffic issues.
