Operation of a conference center which draws over 100,000 people annually to a previously run down area. The center has created more than 60 full time jobs plus seasonal positions.

Programs include maintenance of the riverwalk which is an aesthetic walkway connecting the Riverfront attractions. Operation of a beautifully landscaped miniature golf course overlooking the christina river, developed on a previously vacant concrete lot, which attracted over 25,000 visitors. Operation of the dupont environmental education center. The center provides environmental education programs for individuals, families, schools and groups, and also marsh, river and wildlife interpretation to visitors. The center served over 60,000 visitors during the year.

Expenses related to the Development, improvement, and rental of commercial real estate, also expenses related to the maintenance of a public market in an historic warehouse which is rented to vendors in a european style marketplace, in addition to a fine dining restaurant.
