Program areas at Revive Center for Housing and Healing
Community outreach: for over 100 years Revive has offered basic assistance to homeless individuals and lowincome families. Nutritious lunch bags, clothing and household items, and christmas baskets were distributed to individuals and families. Meeting space is made available for community organizations at Revive.
Supportive Housing: Revive Center's Housing programs provide permanent supportive Housing to 41 men, women, and children who are chronically homeless and disabled and supportive services to around 100 scattered site residents who are formerly homeless or at risk of homelessness. All receive intensive supports to ensure Housing stability along with life skills workshop, community building activities, and referrals to comprehensive health and social services for improved quality of life. Revive"s engagement Center connects people who are currently unsheltered or at risk of experiencing homelessness with community, tangible resources, and expert intervention. Staffed by occupational therapists and case managers, the space lowers the barriers for receiving services and empowers participants to become more self-supporting and lead healthy, productive lives. The engagement Center is particularly suited to people whose physical, cognitive, or mental health conditions put continued Housing at risk.
