Strategic convenings: Rev partnership convenes 16 isd leaders together monthly (whom collectively have 340,000 students enrolled 7% of all students educated in the state of Texas) to create a forum for leaders and experts to share insights, analyze data, and develop pragmatic and impactful solutions for action at scale that matches our region's needs and opportunities. Together, the isds analyze opportunities through data insights that identify bright spots which inform communication strategy, policy recommendations, and regional initiatives which reflect the local context and capacity. This results in leveraged change where we invest capital to drive quality system improvement and build trust with our public education leaders.
Extended learning collaborative: Rev partnership convenes and equips community partners, who serve students in after school and summer school programs, with data, assessments, resources, and staffing to provide effective literacy instruction across more places and spaced in our community. The summers scholars program serves over 7,000 students each year through 18 community partnerships across 87 locations across fort worth. 91% of students maintain or grow their reading performance. The after school collaborative serves over 2,000 students each year across 19 site locations.
