Program areas at Red Letter Christians
Speaking and events: - hosted an in-person leaders gathering, bringing together in-person 50 faith leaders, activists, and artists to set the table for collaboration: identifying opportunities to strengthen work on shared goals. -launched a series of three "Red Letter revivals" to take place this fiscal year and next. The goal of this series of Red Letter revivals is to stand in direct contrast to the christian nationalism we know will be on display during the ongoing election cycle. Red Letter Christians will bring together a broad coalition of faith and nonprofit leaders to set the table for collaboration and equip them with the network needed to increase the impact of our collective work, both now and in the future. In each revival location, an "advisory council" comprised of key leaders working locally on the most-pressing justice issues in each context is steering and co- creating the revival programs. Advisory council members will include faith and nonprofit leaders, activists, pastors, thought leaders, artists, musicians, and those impacted by injustice. The long-term objective of forming these groups is to break down silos, connect leaders with creative solutions to the challenges of injustice, and sow the seeds of collaboration for years to come. -hosted 12 virtual book clubs and 12 morning prayer events to continue to elevate the voices of faithful thought-leaders co-creating a more just future.
