Program areas at Raider Area Choir Booster Club
Provided financial support for travel and accommodations for WISD area students grades 6 - 12 enrolled in their schools choral programs to participate in competitions, performances, and festivals both domesticially and internationally.
Provided financial support for payment of event entry fees and purchases of music, costumes, and equipment for student competitions and performances.
Provided financial support for choral student participation in auditions for various All-State choirs, local school performances, and end of year student banquets and award programs to celebrate accomplishments and successes, and build student unity and confidence.
Provided financial support for other program related activities, including: year-end student recognition gifts and awards, various incentive awards, retaining clinicians, purchase of music and set designs for concerts and performances.
The RACBC funded 10 scholarships of $500.00 each, for graduating choir students. The scholarship recipients were selected by an independent Scholarship Review Committee, per the requirements of the Wylie ISD - Booster Club Guidelines.
Provided financial support for purchases of classroom and office supplies and equipment not generally provided by the school district.
