Emergency Assistance served 326 households with either emergency rental or emergency utility assistance. (94 rental and 86 utility). In September, we started checking in with the rent and utility assistance clients on a 30-, 60-, and 90-day basis. Some were doing well, some asked for further assistance, some have other obstacles we will help them navigate, some never answer calls, and we realized that some would require check-ins beyond 90 days. All that answer are grateful for the check-in. In 2024, we will be checking in again at the 6-month and 1-year mark. The results from these calls will be tracked and reviewed monthly. The assistance provided was in rent, utilities, transportation, and other assistance.
