As a result, pflc's team of trained professionals are committed to providing expert documentation review and disability application assistance to children, youth (newborn to age 17), and individuals with access and functional needs. With years of experience, pflc's staff is equipped to help make the application process as stress-free as possible, providing guidance and support every step of the way.
Disability application assistance - as a provider of essential disaster recovery and supportive services, pflc is uniquely positioned to help its community through difficult times. With a focus on the person in their environment, pflc provides a comprehensive approach to care that addresses its clients' physical, mental, and social needs. Such services include the following:1) pre-disaster education - includes workshops and training programs.2) post-disaster case management - includes advocacy, document preparation and review, and project management.3) integrated health & wellness - includes disaster mental health empowerment groups, and coordinated care for older adults.
