Project access-new Haven (pa-nh) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission of increasing Access to medical care and services for individuals in greater New Haven who are underserved. Pa-nh was founded in 2009 by a group of dedicated physicians who sought to address health inequities and disparities in the greater New Haven community. We advance our mission by mobilizing donated medical care to increase healthcare Access for people who do not have health insurance and providing patient navigator (pns) and community health worker (chw) services to connect those in need with medical care and health-related social services.
