Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA)

Conference: for three days in june, attendees at the California hr conference and exhibition can network with colleagues, learn new hr techniques, and visit the exhibition hall, which features over 100 hr product and service providers. Presentation topics include everything from hr strategy to employee relations to organizational development. The conference is an opportunity for hr Professionals at all levels to join their colleagues for three education-filled days designed to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Legal updates: designed for hr Professionals, company managers and supervisors, pihra's legal updates provide attendees with the tools necessary to develop and implement Human Resources policies that are consistent with current employment laws. The updates are presented at three locations and provide an opportunity to learn from some of the top employment law attorneys and other subject matter experts in southern California, who address the most important employment law developments of the year and provide practical, must-have information on topics that will impact attendees' companies and employees.

Employment training panel pihra works with custom corporate communications (c-3) each year to provide state funded training programs to employers across southern California. C-3 sources the customers and provides state funded training free to the employer. The state pays pihra who in turn pays c-3 for these services.
