Mindful Child Initiative

Mindfulness and yoga programs: since 2013, Pratyush Sinha Foundation has been providing mindfulness and yoga interventions in schools and communities. We are using mindfulness and yoga as preemptive tools that develop resilience and build relationships and connection so that our communities can evolve into vital, adaptive, and thriving environments where children and adolescents feel safe and nurtured. Our reach now extends to over 13,000 children, adolescents, and adults each year.we have continued to support the needs of our community through the covid-19 pandemic which has greatly aggravated the mental health challenges amongst children and adults alike. We offer age-appropriate mental and physical health tips and tools for different age groups that are free for all through the "resources" tab on the Pratyush Sinha Foundation website. We are also continuing to develop programs for students and educators that work in-person and in a virtual format.
