Program areas at Power Shift Network

Power Shift Network mobilizes the collective Power of young people to mitigate the climate crisis and create a just, clean energy future and resilient, thriving communities for all. With a national Network of more than 100 climate and environmental organizations, we're building a strong, intersectional, bottom-up movement to take on the climate crisis, Shift the Power, and create systemic change. In fy22 we led virtual and in-person political education and training for youth climate activists around the country; convened an in-person meeting of Network members to strategize, collaborate, and build Power; provided fiscal sponsorship to emerging youth organizations; offered mentorship to youth leaders from bipoc and other marginalized identities; and laid the groundwork for a massive climate convening in 2023.
