Program areas at Bold Hope
In 2022, Bold Hope took 370 trip participants on 35 mission trips to 6 countries. Our teams served in various ways in impoverished communities by doing things like building a house for a family in need, putting a roof on a church, hosting medical clinics and community outreach. Additionally, orphanage visits, school programs, home visits, and children's ministry were mainstays in trip programming.
Our fundraising efforts in 2022 allowed us to continue to expand our reach around the world. We sent disaster relief funds to belize and the dominican republic after hurricanes hit both countries. Bold Hope is now an established entity in both belize and the dominican republic; some of the funds that came from our events were used to lease offices, puchase new and used vehilces and file all of the required government paperwork. We were also blessed to be able to assist women and children in the dominican republic with obtaining their legal documentation, which will allow them to receive services and apply for employment opportunities.
Bold Hope continues to have a focus on child development, firmly believing that our child development program provides Hope and a future to children around the globe who might otherwise find themselves in desperate situations. Our child development programs provide children in high-risk populations with basic necessities, including items such as clean water, food, medical attention, shelter, clothing, education, protection, and spiritual development.
