Program areas at Pioneer Florida Museum Association Incorporated
The organization owns and operates a Museum containing Pioneer tools, clothing, buggies, books, furniture, etc. As separate buildings it has a Pioneer house, church, school, railroad station, cypress mill bunkhouse & kitchedn, citrus packing house & a country store. It also has a steam locomotive and fire engines (all inoperable). The Museum presents Florida rural history from before the civil war to wwii. Including fundraising events, school tours, and regular visitors approximately 12,000 people visit the Museum and its grounds annually.
