It provides first class preventative care to the community as well as collaborates with its affiliates to improve the quality of healthcare, and the patient's experience.phms had 25 volunteers that provided various donated services during the year ended june 30, 2018, phms provided free care during the year to 1,136 patients in the amount of $454,670.based on total expenses, the three largest physician services included within phms are:pinnacle specialties practice - the specialties practice comprises 44% of the total program expenses of phms. The clinics mainly serve an un-insured, under-insured, and large medical assistance community as it lives out its mission statement to be a charitable organization dedicated to maintaining and improving the health and quality of life. The clinics include the following:kline health center - this program provides primary and specialty care to a largely urban population. While the practice does see private patients, much of the population served is of low income and/or underinsured. Since many of our patients rely on public transportation, kline is able to meet many of the patient's needs at one location. Primary care services are currently provided through 22 family care centers located in surrounding central Pennsylvania communities.
