Pinewood Cloquet

Day support and employment services:pinewood Cloquet, inc's. Day support services program helped 37 individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities learn life skills that enabled them to fully participate in their community and engage in satisfying activities that were important to them. Our dedicated program staff met with each individual and their circle of support to get to know their interests and goals and to form a support plan. Our trained staff assisted them with building skills in the areas of communication, decision making, positive behavior, leisure and recreation, health and wellness, community access, volunteering, and many others.pinewood Cloquet, inc's. Employment services program helped numerous individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities find competitive jobs in their community. Our employment specialists worked with individuals to explore their vocational interests and to create person-centered plans for obtaining employment. Once jobs were obtained, we assessed the skills needed for the job and the environment and worked diligently with the individual and the employer, teaching the skills and providing the supports that were needed to achieve successful outcomes.

Transportation:pinewood Cloquet, Inc. Provided transportation to and from our program for 37 individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities and assisted them with learning about and accessing available forms of public transportation.
