To provide and coordinate a single, local point of access for mental Health and addiction programs, services and education, at the individual, family and community levels.to partner and collaborate with local school districts, businesses, law enforcement, medical providers and other community sectors to create innovative substance abuse and mental Health programming. Planning and facilitating community events that raise awareness and work to reduce the stigma of mental Health and addiction issues.
