Phelps Community Foundation

Phelps Community corporation d/b/a/ Phelps healthcare Foundation serves to conduct certain fund-raising activities for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes to assist Phelps memorial hospital association d/b/a/ Phelps memorial hospital center and/or other organizations that serve the health care needs of the residents of surrounding communities, that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
