Provide support services that assist individuals in all areas of daily living. These services may include but are not limited to community orientation and inclusion; health care support services; food services; transportation and scheduling services for social, recreational, vocational, and educational programs of other organizations. Some of these programs might be school to work programs and social skills programs. Service clients with behavior management using positive behavior plans. Interact with outside support entities. Work with third party providers both on the premises and at their offices. Provide positive interaction services to help support healthy relationships with resident's family and friends. Employees provide all of the day onsite support services.
Room and board provided for residents who receive daily support services.
