Persist coached more than 2200 Nashville graduates from 27 different high schools attending over 109 different colleges and universities. Persist students enrolled in collage at a rate 22% higher than their peers and persisted at rates more than 13% higher.
Persist distributed over 64,000 in more than 375 micro grants to students to help them get the materials and funds needed to Persist in college. Persist had more than 100 students attend career related events meeting with over 53 business volunteers.
Persist developed 18 different students to be community builders on their campuses. These students hosted events that brought together more than 300 students over the course of 2022. Persist partnered with mnps, high school counselors, and multiple community partners to lead a fafsa drive for the district that increased mnps fafsa applications by over 30% in just over a month.
