Performance Excellence Network

Assessment:through a voluntary board of evaluators, pen provides diagnostic assessments for organizations & communities desiring to improve Performance and outcomes. This program helps leaders identify and prioritize strengths and improvement opportunities, helping organizations/communities focus, align, and optimize resources. In 2023, pen conducted 4 Performance Excellence award assessments and 1 non-award assessment.education:pen provides training, workshops, seminars, conferences to leaders, professionals, and the general public in all sectors of the economy (business, education, healthcare, nonprofit, and governmental agencies). Education focuses on best practices and methods to improve individual, organizational, and/or community Performance. Education also includes training for non-profit board of evaluators. In 2023, pen trained over 35 evaluators and trained/served over 2500 leaders/professionals (nearly 225 in workshops/seminars, nearly 350 in conferences, and over 2000 in monthly breakfast/webinars).recognition:pen recognizes organizations in Minnesota, south dakota, and north dakota that are using Quality and continuous improvement principles to improve outcomes. Pen recognizes volunteers who provide time and expertise to helping organizations and communities in the upper midwest improve Performance. In 2023, pen recognized 4 organizations for their improvement efforts and 35 volunteers for their services as evaluators.
