This is accomplished through both federal and state grants received by the agency. Weatherization - improved living conditions for numerous homes and enabled low income families to permanently reduce their energy bills by making their homes more energy efficient.
Workforce development - enabled 551 low income adults and youth to improve job skills and obtain employment.
