Penn lines magazine - publication and distribution of penn lines magazine to consumers of 12 member Rural Electric cooperatives. This included 2,014,546 issues distributed for the entire year, or approximately 167,879 per month. Penn lines focuses on Rural issues, economic and community development, health and education concerns, better and more efficient uses of electricity, as well a human interest profiles.
Prea member services include - legal, federal/state legislative and regulatory representation, and communications with members, employees and directors.
Job training and safety - provides safety education, occupational literature and training to employees of 14 member Rural Electric cooperatives. This included 16 schools ranging from 3 days to 2 weeks in length, as well as 1-9 safety meetings per member for the year. In total, prea conducted 110 safety meetings throughout the 2022 calendar year.
