Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing exceptional medical, dental and behavioral healthcare in a collaborative setting for people of all ages. We proudly serve over 82,550 patients, through 26 outpatient centers, in Colorado's Pikes Peak and East Central Plains regions. Peak Vista is an organization focused on enhancing the health of people and the community-at-large through a professional, caring staff who are motivated, enthusiastic, respectful, energetic and committed to strategic partnerships.

Program areas at PVCHC

Primary Care: Peak Vista served 81,354 patients with 280,554 total visits in 2022. Of these visits, 221,525 were medical encounters, 27,590 were dental visits, and 31,439 were behavioral health services. CONTINUED ON SCH O
Homeless: The Homeless program provides primary medical, dental care, and integrated behavioral health care. Peak Vista served 1,164 patients experiencing homelessness in 2022. Our homeless services are located adjacent to community partners to better serve those experiencing homelessness. Services transitioned from our clinic at Rio Grande to our new Downtown Health Center in April of 2022, which specifically serves the homeless population in its area.
Dental: Peak Vista served dental patients in 2022 with 27,590 visits. Dental visits occur in Family Health Centers and our Main Dental Center. Dental hygienist services are also integrated into our Pediatric Health Centers.
