Program areas at Peace First

Youth engagement - all programmatic activities that Peace First implemented, including the Peace First challenge, impact rooms, the ambassador program, and the fellowinresidence. Peace First also trains and mentors young people all over the world to tackle social injustices and become changemakers.
Digital platform - the organization built and operates a digital platform and community to support young people in turning their ideas into effective solutions. Codeveloped with young people around the world, the platform guides participants at every step to create an impactful communitybased product through exemplary videos, interactive exercises, and supportive adult mentors.
Storytelling - at Peace First, storytelling means amplifying the voices and experiences of young changemakers to inspire others and build a more just and peaceful world. We aim to showcase the incredible impact that young people can have when given the tools and resources to create positive change in their communities. We work closely with young people to help them tell their stories in their own voices, whether that's through written pieces, videos, or other media. We also produce original content, such as short films and documentaries, that highlight the work of young changemakers and inspire others to get involved. Additionally, we use social media to amplify these stories and reach a wider audience.
The program quality and design at Peace First ensures that every program developed adheres to high standards of effectiveness to ensure lasting change in every project and our changemaking work. By prioritizing rigorous design methodologies, continuous evaluation, and community feedback, Peace First strives to maximize positive impact, empowering young changemakers to address social challenges with innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
The executive innovation initiative at Peace First is led by senior executive leadership to cultivate and test innovations in the youth-lead changemaking space, prioritizing creativity and strategic thinking. This is also a space where incubation of ideas are tested and improved before scaling to our global community.
