Pasos for Oak Cliff

In 2023, the organization provided 1,534 pairs of new sneakers, with a total value of $96,757, to economically disadvantaged students throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. Approximately, 200 volunteers made this possible by donating nearly 3,000 volunteering hours of service to the organization. Our program helped boost attendance and grades from students between PreK - 12 grade.

Providing scholarships for title one graduating seniors. A scholarship banquet was held to celebrate 10 students, with a total of $14,960 giving out in scholarships.

Pasos All Stars Program: The organization provided enrichment courses in literacy and math to 30 economically disadvantaged black and brown youth throughout the summer. The organization helped close educational gaps by .5 years in literacy and math. This program was made possible in collaboration with a local community college, a local sports team, 60 hours of volunteer service, and with the donation of supplies and food from 20 different businesses with a value of over $8,000.
