To combine the resources of both public and private sectors providing services to meet the needs of minorities and the disadvantaged in order to promote self-sufficiency, Community integration, and enhance the vitality of the local Community. To provide resources that connect our Community with safe and affordable housing while building life-strengthening opportunities. Program areas at Partners for Community Development

The weatherization program assists low income milwaukee, sheboygan, door, kewaunee, and ozaukee county residents in reducing their home energy costs and conserving energy.
Emergency furnace - sheboygan - to account for the activities of the organization when its employees perform the services required under the energy star weatherization and emergency furnace programs.
The home buyers program assists low and moderate income individuals to purchase/rehab a home.
Partners sunnyside townhouses - to provide the city of sheboygan with affordable housing to moderate income individuals.
Partners energy services - provides eligible homeowners with affordable professionals for home repairs, which include weatherization, siding, lead-based paint abatement, and roofing.
Partners Community services - assists the latino and minority population of sheboygan county to become participatory and self-sufficient citizens of the Community.
