Program areas at ParadigmOne

Since inception in January 2021, ParadigmONE has provided peer recovery support, case management, reentry support, recovery housing, transitional housing and community outreach to thousands of individuals in our community and state suffering from SUD. It is made possible by various grants, including: SOR (State Opioid Response) and RSS (Recovery Support Services) under Signal, SB202 under Diversus (Colorado Springs), Alternatives to Jail under Caring for Denver and WAGEES (Colorado Springs) under Latino Coalition. These funds allow ParadigmONE to provide peer recovery support, case management, reentry support, recovery housing, transitional housing (a harm reduction model unique in Colorado) and community outreach and events. In addition, the ParadigmONE community center itself houses a wide range of recovery-focused programs and groups (fitness, art, music, boxing, charity and sober events) and the REAL Center that provides educational support (resume building, job application support, resource fairs and more). Our newest program is the TSZ (Transitional Safety Zone) which was implemented in August 2022 following a six-month pilot. This is a harm reduction model that addresses the barrier to entry to any sober living or treatment option for those unable to provide a clean UA. TSZ provides a safe space to obtain a clean UA until they can transition to the next phase of living. This model has exceeded the outcomes set for it and continues to grow and expand and has been recognized by the state as a needed and successful model. ParadigmONE continues to expand and refine within existing programming and has met or exceeded all goals set in 2022, and into 2023.
