Provided a clean and safe environment for all Papakolea Community park and center facility users who directly serve the residents of the Papakolea Hawaiian homestead communities and the Community at large. Facility users include kula no na po'e hawai'iHawaii'i, partners in Development tutu and me program, possibilities place christian ministry and fellowship, halau kaulakahi, na lomilomi o Papakolea, alu like, inc., team Papakolea jiu jitsu, pacific roller derby, and more. Operated a commercial kitchen and Community technology center, operates the Papakolea Community capacity building program, kupua'e Papakolea's youth intersession program, and the annual Papakolea pa'ina a Community celebration, and created Papakolea's first communtiy scholarship program.
