National and international educational workshops. The organization's primary activity will be to host workshops in the united states and abroad focusing on different areas within Human Rights and related subjects. These workshops are student focused, but with a faculty component that involves collaborative research. Inclusion of Human Rights practitioners as well as educational visits to important sites of Human Rights conflict will ensure a vibrant, challenging and unique experience for allparticipants. Typically, the workshops are a week long, involve presentations and discussion led by invited speakers and student participants and provide diverse perspectives on the issues under examination, although this is flexible. In addition to developing the educational content and agenda for the workshops, the organization will administer the planning and logistics of events, including coordinating student and faculty participation and developing and distributing educational materials.the organization recognizes that every dialogue on Human Rights should represent a plurality of diverse voices and seeks to include students and faculty from participants from varied types of accredited educational institutions from diverse geography within the united states and abroad. We particularly seek participation from members of historically marginalized communities.
