Member programs, mls, store, communications & education - this Association currently represents approximately 5,571 Realtors and 118 affilate members its programs provided an estimated 198 classes online or live continuing education, technology, available to members, non-members also provided 4 classes of learn over lunch events maintained store for members to purchase low cost real estate related products generated monthly local real estate statistics for members/public on website to aid in real estate decisions provided public relations and local print advertising supporting and enhancing the realtor image provided members and the public with numerous communications via newsletter articles, website postings, social media, emails, robo calls and text messages to educate regarding real estate and local issues/events, also 14 committees and task forces were maintained.
Supra sales key leasing - the organization issues supra keys to users these keys are automatically pre-programmed with the ability to access supra lockboxes in Osceola County, which provides convenience to the Realtors
Community involvement, committees, and events - maintained __ committees or task forces allowing members to network and get involved in Association operations and events contributed member time & funds to support local charitites, support local community events, attend County chamber and other local meetings and educational conferences to discuss real estate issues interviewed local prospective public officials running for office and recommend support thru publication and/or rpac funds established alliances with local businesses, membership related groups, and local higher education institutions sent leaders to training workshops including national & state Realtors seminars, antitrust, pro standards and strategic planning. This year scholarships totaling 5,000 were granted to local graduating seniors based on essay/applications.
Other related programs, including professional standards program, which provides training for members to govern our professional standards program it also provides a forum for members of the public &/or Realtors to file complaints through ethics hearings also provides arbitration/mediation procedures to resolve realtor financial disputes in-house rather than burdening the courts with such issues
