Oregon Ccim Chapter fosters education and networking through its mission. It conducts monthly meetings with in-person attendance averaging at 80 individuals over lunch to discuss commercial real estate topics and offer continuing education credit. Due to covid-19, the chapter switched to virtual programming starting in April but kept the cost lower than usual. Oregon Ccim Chapter also offers education classes, such as CL 101, which sold out with 40 attendees. This four-day class features two national instructors and is the first of four classes needed to obtain the Ccim designation.
