Program areas at Operation Code
Programs: In 2023 Operation Codes active programs included several impactful initiatives. The 1:1 Mentorship Program completed 93 mentorship request sessions. The Professional Development Scholarships Program awarded 106 scholarships. The Project Rebuild Afghan Refugee Tech Training Program celebrated the graduation of its second cohort with 10 students. Additionally our Case Management via the Referrals Team provided comprehensive wraparound services to 20 members. Collectively these programs have been instrumental in advancing our mission impact and community growth. Additionally Operation Code leveraged over $1 Million through the efforts of 93 volunteers who provided 48,360 hours of hands-on tech training and ongoing mentorship.
Community Growth: In 2023 Operation Codes community expanded by 1,588 members. We utilized Google Ads to broaden our reach to a larger veteran and military spouse population with gratitude to Google for their in-kind contribution. This in-kind service is not reflected on Form 990 as Operation Code could not have independently purchased Google Ads.
