Open Source Media

The organization hosts an online internet community focusing on public affairs and issues of civic, scientific and cultural interest with emphasis on the role of boston in global affairs, and consisting of interviews and conversations between the host and various guests and callers on a selected topic. The online community allows the public to interact with the host and guest through text of guest interviews, downloadable audio content, and postings of commentary. The organization maintains archives of both its audio programs and written topic commentary for repeat listening and/or further discussion. The organization also produces a weekly companion radio program entitled Open Source (the "series"). The program is broadcast on public radio in Massachusetts and is available on the internet through live streaming and podcasting.
