Program areas at One South Euclid
The Neighborhood Grant Program includes grants to make exterior repairs or to remedy exterior violations. The Community Beautification and Improvement Grant allows for projects which beautify the streetscapes, public spaces and or green space. Senior Citizen Grass Cutting and Snow plowing allows residents over the age of 65 to apply for assistance if they are unable to perform the work themselves and are on fixed income. There were sixteen home repair projects, seventy-three senior landscaping grants and one beautification grant.
Programs and events including INTERSECTION, Bexley Bash, Rock the Block, October Feast and winter holiday Lighting Ceremony. These outdoor parties include music, games, food, entertainment, as well as children's activities. Other community activities include Community Gardens, the South Euclid Garden Walk, and Playground of Possibilities.
Storefront Renovations grants are available to eligible South Euclid commercial property owners. They can apply for a matching grant up to $30,000 for transformational projects. 100% match is required. Improvements must be visible from the street and completed by the end of the year.
