Web and mobile platform for community resources: We served approximately 225,000 people by providing vital nonprofit and social service information, providing technology and human-based support to navigate to resources, and maintaining tools to help people find, track and share resource information. We served 10 counties in California, parts of New York, and one municipality in Florida: the 9 counties of the SF Bay Area (SF, Alameda, Contra Cosa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties), LA county, 5 boroughs of New York City and Gainesville Florida.
