The One Colorado Education Fund is committed to securing and protecting equality and opportunity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) Coloradans and their families. One Colorado partnered with uprise to form the Colorado Queer Rural Youth Network, a co-learning action network for LGBTQ+ young people and their adult counterparts. The network supported 15 youth members and 5 adults from across the state.

Program areas at One Colorado Education Fund

One Colorado partnered with uprise to form the Colorado queer rural youth network, a co-learning action network for lgbtq+ young people and their adult counterparts. The network supported 15 youth members and 5 adults from across the state. The One Colorado gsa leadership council grew from 9 to 15 members who serve as regional representatives to provide feedback, training, and support for the Colorado gsa network and advise on programming direction within One Colorado's youth & schools work. Over the summer of 2022, One Colorado staff and volunteers participated in 29 pride events across the state to share resources with communities. Launched a multi-year initiative to improve food access for lgbtq+ coloradans and their families. The work in pueblo county will promote health and wellbeing for lgbtq+ coloradans, their families, and the communities in which they work, grow, and live.
