The organization is organized and will operate for charitable, educational and scientific purposes. Activties will consist, primarily, of receiving contributions and applying them toward wildlife preservation, educational programs, scientific research regarding wildlife preservation, and related purposes in Kenya. The organization will not directly conduct activities in Kenya, but it will instead contribute financial resources to existing charitable organizations operating in Kenya.
