Building communities & networks young adult ministry - Office of ignation spirituality (ois) provides a variety of programs to people between The ages of 22 and 35. These include contemplative leaders in action and Jesuit connections. These programs build a community of young adults seeking to engage their faith more deeply through The Ignatian tradition. Hispanic ministry - ois provides a comprehensive Ignatian spirituality formation program for spanish-speaking catholics. This includes opportunities for Ignatian spiritual formation at various stages in their faith journey.

Opportunities for exercises ois develops a menu of opportunities for The people of god to partake in The spiritual exercises of st. ignatius, making renewed use of current programs at retreat houses and parish-based ministries, and creating new programs to meet emerging needs.

Training and formation using a variety of means, ois fosters The professional identity of those engaged in Ignatian ministries, with special emphasis on The initial and on-going formation of those who would be spiritual directors. These are in accord with The guiding standards for forming leaders, issued by The jesuits of The united states.
