The Oahu League of the Hawaii Youth Soccer Association provides non profit soccer training and competitive opportunities for U19 players, coaches, and referees. Educational programs are available for both youth and referees. The league held an annual no ka oi college id camp that allows players to be scouted by collegiate, professional, and national teams. Player, coach, and referee programs offer training and exercise opportunities to youth players.
