Nourish Meals on Wheels delivers over 4,400 Meals weekly to older(60+)and homebound adults in south metro denver. Services include daily delivery of hot weekday Meals, frozen weekend Meals, pet food and non-perishable groceries for clients with the most need. For the fiscal year ending 6/30/2024 Nourish Meals on Wheels delivered 214,332 Meals to 1100 unduplicated individuals. 41% of the Meals were fully subsidized and 32% were partially subsidized.
From july 2023 through june 2024, Nourish Meals on Wheels delivered weekly supplemental, non-perishable groceries to all clients, to help ensure they had food in their pantry and possibly save a trip to the grocery store. Over 3,100 bags of groceries were delivered.
