Adult developmental disability services provided vocational, residential and other services to developmentally disabled adults.
Coal miners' clinic provided residents in coal mining communities assistance in obtaining services for diagnosis of lung problems, treatment of lung ailments, education relating to pulmonary health maintenance, and other assistance.
Parents as teachers promoted the optimal early development, learning and health of young children through engagement of their parents and caregivers.
Three(3) Programs supported nowcap's mission to help disadvantaged individuals, including Community housing and housing preservation.
