Northern Nevada Hopes is a not-for-profit community health center located in downtown reno, Nevada offering integrated medical, behavioral health, and supportive Services to over 10,635 patients, the majority of which are low income. The list of Services offered includes primary medical, ultrasound and x-ray, on-site lab, on-site pharmacy, chronic disease management, behavioral health, substance use treatment including medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction, psychiatry, case management, and housing assistance. This unique team-based care approach to healthcare reduces barriers by creating a one-stop-shop for our patients. Hopes specializes in serving the medically underserved in our community and works with many stigmatized populations including the lgbtqi community, drug users, sex workers, and people experiencing homelessness and poverty. Hopes accepts most commercial insurance plans as well as medicare and medicaid, and Hopes offers a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. Hopes welcomes patients wherever they are in life and provides them with safe and non-judgmental Services to support their health and well-being. In the fiscal year ended 6/30/22, Hopes completed 49,424 medical and behavioral health visits.
