Northern Illinois Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Trust

The niejatc has three apprentice classifications: the first being the inside construction division which is a five-year program. The inside construction division has 3 components to it. The first being the journeyman wireman certificate which has 130 participants at a cost of $2,400.28 per student. The second part is the certificate through rock valley community college which has 99 participants in the program with a cost of $3,418.04 per student. The third part is the associate degree program through rock valley community college which has 34 participants with a cost of $1,195.22 per student.

The third classification is the residential Training program which is a three-year program and had 0 participants.

The second classification is the telecommunications Training program which is a four-year program and has 36 participants with a cost of $810.79 per student.
