Individual Advocacy provide case management, health insurance counseling, information and referral, as well as contracts for legal consultation and mental health services for older Vermonters.
Caregiver Support provide ongoing support for caregivers thru respite and educational programs aimed at the understanding that without support to caregivers those inflicted with cognitive impairments are often placed in institutions.
Independent Living provides funding for oversight to providers of home-delivered meals, congregate meals and transportation services to 2000 elders.
