Program areas at North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors
Ntcar holds four membership meetings per year with leading professionals addressing various real estate specific topics. An average of 500 professionals attends these free events that include a networking period, continental breakfast and topical speakers.
The office academy is an annual event with a keynote speaker, panel speakers, round table discussion, and networking happy hour.
The stemmons service award is ntcar's premier event and is presented annually to honor a member of the brokerage community who best exemplifies the highest standards of a Commercial real estate professional.
The young professionals award is designed to recognize an outstanding young professional who has worked through participation, volunteerism and charity to contribute to the betterment of the Commercial real estate community and society as a whole. Ntcar also hosts several events each year geared toward the industrial division.
The industrial academy is an annual event featuring a keynote speaker, panel speakers and round table discussion. Ntcar also has tours throughout the year, taking professionals on charter buses to view sponsored properties.
Ntcar offers monthly continuing education courses for real estate professionals discussing various relevant real estate topics.
