Capacity building:nonprofit New York provides high-quality capacity building and educational programming to Nonprofit organizations, connects Nonprofit organizations to information, resources, partners, and expertise that enhance their governance, operations, and programming, and strives to be the go-to source for information about trends and policies impacting nonprofits' day-to-day functioning.nonprofit New York membership enables Nonprofit organizations of all sizes across all subsectors to access the full range of our member benefits and services, including: professional development opportunities for everyone on the Nonprofit's staff; access to quality, affordable services; online resources and access to industry specific reports; community building to strengthen relationships with peers across all subsectors; cohort based learning opportunities designed to make nonprofits stronger; and focused, in-depth training and support to build skills. 2022 accomplishments:- membership: over the course of the year, Nonprofit New York welcomed 95 New members and increased our retention rate significantly. - workshops & trainings: Nonprofit New York hosted 75 interactive workshops and forums, providing over 3,000 Nonprofit professionals with technical and managerial expertise and information to area nonprofits. Attendance at our workshops and forums grew by almost 30% in comparison to the previous year.- New initiatives: Nonprofit New York launched two New member benefit initiatives in 2022, including member office hours and learning communities, to address the most pressing needs of the Nonprofit sector while incentivizing membership. Together, these New initiatives served 197 Nonprofit professionals. - helpline: Nonprofit New York's 24/7/365 helpline received a total of 650 inquiries and closed 100% of these with a 94% satisfaction rate. - resources: Nonprofit New York increased the number of helpful articles, tools, and templates in the knowledge center, part of our online member hub, the community, by 74 for a total of almost 500 resources.
