We realigned surveys, metrics, and conducted formal qualitative interviews of our group of selected nonprofit leaders in the region. 3. In addition, we inaugurated a third CEO Leadership Circle Cohort and the HR Roundtable in support of c-suite leaders. 4. In 2024, NLC will launch a more robust Impact Report looking back on the outcomes and impact of our 2023 programming. This work is catalyzed by designated funding from a grant. 5. We embarked on an impact study to review the first 15 years of our partnership with the University of Tampa's Certificate in Nonprofit Management similarly catalyzed by grant funding. 6. We continue to invest in our team, conduct compensation and benefit studies, and support our team's ongoing growth and development through professional training and certification. 7. In July of 2023, Charles Imbergamo began as NLC's new CEO after the retirement and successful tenure of Emily Connors (Benham).
