NJ State Firefighters Mutual Benevolent Association

The NJ State fmba represents, protect, and educate the Firefighters, emts, and dispatchers throughout the State of new jersey through representation at the local, State, and federal level. To advocate on the publics' behalf for legislation that protects both our citizens and first responders' safety. To protect and maintain the health benefits, pensions, staffing, and any other benefit negotiated for our members through collective bargaining. Expenditures for these accomplishments include; training and safety conventions totally $166,484. Njs fmba committee expenses are comprised of travel reaching across the State of new jersey, covering 166 locals discussing health benefits, legal protection, safety, pensions, and negotiations points. Further, providing the membership with good & welfare, a picnic, valor awards, ways & means, and the bulletin- sharing the works and current topics applicable to the members of the NJ State fmba.
