NHT Communities

NHT Communities is a 501(c)(3) non-profit affordable housing development company based in Washington, dc whose mission is to preserve, improve and develop affordable, multifamily housing for NHT Communities. There are four critical elements that must be included in every preservation or development effort, as follows: 1) securing long-term affordability, 2) developing sound buildings, or addressing existing physical and capital needs, 3) incorporating sustainable/green building practices, and 4) maintaining or incorporating resident services and community programs.
